Ottawa Wedding Videography
I’m Matt McKendry, owner of M6 Studios in my hometown of Ottawa, Ontario. I’d like to say that “M6” has some beautifully eloquent backstory that anchors this business in something meaningful, but my name starts with “M” and “6” has been my hockey number since forever, so… here we are.
I love trying new, non-food related things (usually after everyone else is done thinking it’s cool). And it often takes over until the next thing hits. However, the one thing that has stuck and remained a passion of mine is videography.
As long as I can remember I’ve used video as a means of bringing people together. As a youth pastor, I specialize in making people feel included, seen, and appreciated. By capturing and helping to orchestrate usually wild, fun moments together, we both created and captured memories that bonded us not just for a video, but for life. While the context is different, the goal of capturing special moments, having fun together, and creating new memories has stayed the same. And thankfully, after years of practice, they’ve become natural by-products of the services I provide.
I love to meet new people, get creative, and bring out the best in whoever is in front of the lens. So, if you need a videographer who’s personable, easy-going, and creative to help produce a video that’s as unique as you are – I can’t recommend myself enough.
